Thanksgiving with the Modzelewskis and Germanos. My dad saying his annual Thanksgiving "Hay-ku." Context: I think at this point, everyone needed another beer and there was no more wine.
I was gonna wait to say what went on at Argentinean Thanksgiving until someone posted pics but lord knows when that will be and I did snap a couple. We had Thanksgiving at my friend Quitin's house. It was a mix of about 20 Americans and Argentines and was really fun. Everyone was supposed to bring a thanksgiving dish and the only thing we were missing was cranberry sauce (G-rosss) and creamed onions (also G-rosss). I myself made onion rings, a thanksgiving classic.

I think my plate stacks up quite nicely to the real thing. However, I should mention that we ran out of cutlery and plates, so I therefore had to share it with an Argentine and eat most of my meal with a spoon. This was probably for the best because the Argentineans struggled with what to do with all our strange thanksgiving creations, so I was there to explain.
As Master Cellarhog I also prepared a Strawberry Cordial for dessert.
My original plan was to have a dramatic reenactment of the Mayflower crossing the Atlantic which I was going to do in the pool with a toy boat. But I left my page of notes in the cab on the way over and I was unable to find a toy boat in time. However in my search for a toy boat I did find a firework store a few blocks from my house.
